The CK4550 CNC lathe integrates years of experience in manufacturing CNC machine tools and is developed through secondary CNC transformation. It is a fully functional CNC lathe featuring advanced performance, reliable quality, wide adaptability, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Adopting a 45-degree slant bed layout and linear rolling guides, it is a high-speed, high-precision, and high-performance precision CNC lathe.  

Integrated bed base and high-rigidity bed: The machine employs a horizontal 45-degree slant bed structure with an integrated bed base and side chip removal. The spindle box contact surface is widened, and the guide rails undergo super-audio frequency quenching. The overall structure boasts high rigidity and long service life.  

Precision spindle design: The spindle box features a single-axis stepless speed variation structure with frequency conversion speed regulation. The wide spindle box provides a large contact area, and the spindle bearings utilize imported NSK bearing pairs, ensuring high rigidity, low temperature rise, high precision, long service life, and easy maintenance.  

High-rigidity, high-reliability tool turret: Equipped with a hydraulic tool turret, the machine offers 8-station (optionally configurable to 10 or 12 stations) mechanical indexing with hydraulic locking. It features strong locking force, smooth indexing, logical nearest-tool selection, easy maintenance, and minimal tool interference during turning.  

High-rigidity, programmable tailstock: The tailstock is a programmable hydraulic type with a retractable sleeve. The tailstock body can connect to the carriage via a clutch mechanism for 2-axis movement. An optional built-in live center tailstock provides high precision, high rotational speed and support rigidity, and long service life.  

Fully enclosed protective design: The machine adopts a fully enclosed guard with excellent waterproof performance, elegant appearance, and simple operation.
