XT560 Inclined Bed CNC Machine Tool

The saddle is made of high-density cast iron material, integrally cast in one piece, with a small triangular structure that enhances its rigidity.  

It adopts 45-size linear roller guides, and the lead screw is a high-precision ball screw, ensuring high accuracy and precise transmission.  

The sleeve-type spindle box features a large-span symmetrical structure with minimal thermal drift and stable precision.  

The mating surfaces between the spindle box and the bed are hand-scraped to ensure contact stiffness.  

All castings are analyzed using advanced testing equipment, guaranteeing excellent material quality. They undergo secondary annealing and one-time vibration aging to eliminate stress, resulting in stable metallurgical structure and superior precision retention.  

The integral flat guide rail structure of the bed ensures the overall rigidity of the machine tool.  

The tool turret employs a large-span turret box and a rigidly locked indexing plate structure, providing strong load-bearing capacity. The tool disc accommodates tool alignment up to 350mm, with eight M16 mounting screws, fully ensuring the machining rigidity of the tool turret.
