The CXT6150 general-purpose lathe is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotary surfaces, as well as cutting various metric and imperial threads. It can also perform operations such as drilling and oil groove broaching, making it widely applicable for batch processing of various shaft and disc components.This machine is capable of rough and finish machining of internal and external cylinders, cones, and other rotary surfaces on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic workpieces. The bed guideways are hardened through a quenching process, ensuring high rigidity and long-lasting wear resistance.The spindle structure adopts a three-bearing configuration, with the front and middle bearings serving as the primary supports and the rear bearing as an auxiliary support. The headstock transmits the rotational motion from the main motor through a series of speed-changing mechanisms, enabling the spindle to achieve the required forward and reverse rotation speeds.The feed box employs a three-axis sliding common gear mechanism, along with thread type conversion and multiplier mechanisms. This allows for the machining of common threads without the need to change the change gears.
